About the project
The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION is a branded collection of residences by H&H Development, located on the beachfront in Dubai Harbour. Developed in collaboration with Marriott International under the EDITION brand, the project offers a limited number of residences with five-star hotel-level service. Architecture is designed by RSHP, with interiors by Rockwell Group, creating a contemporary aesthetic focused on space, light, and privacy. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glazing, spacious layouts, and panoramic views of the sea, marina, and city skyline. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2029.
Location
The project is situated in Dubai Harbour — a prime waterfront destination located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, with direct access to the marina and the Marina Promenade. The location combines a resort-style coastal lifestyle with proximity to Dubai’s key business and leisure districts. A defining feature is its private beach — a rare offering for branded residences in Dubai — creating a fully integrated beachfront living experience with high levels of privacy.

The infrastructure is designed as a resort-style environment combined with a private club experience, with full access to EDITION hotel services.
