About the project
Safa One by DAMAC is a premium branded residential development in Al Safa, created in collaboration with the luxury jewelry house de Grisogono. The project features two iconic towers rising 44 and 62 stories, distinguished by emerald-inspired architectural accents, panoramic glazing, and integrated hanging gardens. Safa One offers a collection of fully furnished apartments and penthouses with spacious layouts, private living environments, and panoramic views of Safa Park, Dubai Canal, and the city skyline. Inspired by the aesthetics of precious gemstones, the project combines bold design with the atmosphere of a luxury urban resort in the heart of Dubai.
Location
Safa One is located in the prestigious Al Safa district, directly adjacent to Safa Park and Dubai Canal. The project offers seamless access to Sheikh Zayed Road, with Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina reachable within approximately 10–15 minutes, while Dubai International Airport is around 20 minutes away.
