The architectural concept is designed by Foster + Partners, with interiors by 1508 London. The project comprises nine buildings of up to 9 floors, emphasizing privacy, natural light, and spacious living. Residences feature panoramic glazing, generous layouts, and refined finishes in a contemporary neutral palette. Situated near J1 Beach, Four Seasons, Bvlgari, and Mandarin Oriental, Solaya offers a rare balance between coastal tranquility and proximity to the city center. Solaya is situated on the Jumeirah waterfront, surrounded by some of Dubai’s most iconic destinations, including J1 Beach, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, and Bvlgari Resort.
