About the project
A 63.2 sq.m Guest Room studio in Hygge Hotel is located on the 2nd floor. The studio-style layout includes a balcony, with panoramic glazing enhancing natural light and connection to the surrounding resort environment. Hygge Hotel is part of The Heart of Europe resort on The World Islands and offers guaranteed rental returns. The hotel provides direct access to unique climate attractions, including a kilometer-long warm rain street and a snow plaza. A 360° rooftop infinity pool connects multiple hotels via panoramic walkways, lounge areas, and sunset terraces. The hotel features several restaurants and bars, including Café Ro and Skål, as well as a wellness concept inspired by Nordic philosophy, with saunas, cold immersion, movement and breathing practices by the sea.
