About the project
Atélis is a residential development by Meraas located in Dubai Design District (d3), combining architecture, design, and modern urban living. The 45-storey tower is designed by SOM, the architects behind Burj Khalifa, with a distinctive façade featuring curved lines and cascading balconies inspired by a desert flower. The project offers 1–4 bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses and Sky Villas with panoramic terraces overlooking the canal and city skyline. Residences are designed with a focus on comfort and privacy, while amenities are distributed across multiple levels, creating a balanced environment for living, working, and leisure. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2029.
