About the project
ARKA ENCLAVE is a branded residential development on Dubai Islands by Manodev Developments in partnership with Atmosphere Living — a global luxury hospitality brand making its Middle East debut. The project offers 1–3 bedroom apartments designed by ZNera Space Architects, featuring natural materials, soft transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, and an emphasis on light and openness. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, smart home systems, Siemens appliances, and efficient layouts create a refined and functional living environment. The concept is inspired by Maldivian resort living, centered around calm, water, and “quiet luxury.” Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027.
